Newer computer with recent fresh install of Win10Pro 1909. Runs very slowly and periodically stalls with excessive C: access. Old computer (originally Win7) running Win10Pro 1903. Everything listed below is connected to it by cable, not WiFi. Netgear GigE switch connected to AT&T router by CAT6 cable. I use it for back up, so I need to copy large chunks of data to it, and 7 KB/s doesn’t cut it. Due to heavy work load the past year or so I allowed things to quit working and am now trying to take advantage of being stuck at home to get my systems working properly again.
